Crayon Rocks were created by Barbara Lee, a special education teacher guided by occupational therapists, who discovered that handwriting success hinges on one key skill: a proper tripod grip. Finding no crayon on the market designed with young hands in mind, she created one herself.

The result is a soft soy wax crayon in a unique pebble shape that naturally encourages the thumb, index, and middle fingers into the correct grip. Simple, purposeful, and brilliantly effective for little ones.
