Delivery & Shipping

We offer free UK Tracked delivery on orders over £40.

UK Delivery Options

Tracked 48
Delivery is usually 2–3 working days from dispatch.

  • Large Letter — £3.95

  • Small Parcel — £4.50

  • Medium Parcel — £6.50

Tracked 24
Delivery is usually 1–2 working days from dispatch.

  • Large Letter — £4.95

  • Small Parcel — £5.50

  • Medium Parcel — £8.50

The package size used will depend on the size and weight of your order, as well as the number of products purchased.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Where possible, we will dispatch orders the same day if they are placed before midday.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email. You will then receive a further email when your order is dispatched, including your tracking information.

Orders under £40 will generally be sent via Royal Mail. Larger orders may be sent via Royal Mail or a courier service, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging wherever possible. From time to time, we also re-use suitable packaging that has been sent to us, helping us reduce waste wherever we can.

International Orders

If you’re outside the UK and would like to place an order, please email us before ordering. We will be happy to check whether we can ship to your country and confirm the available delivery options and costs.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to make a change to your order, or have any additional delivery instructions or requests, please email us as soon as possible.

We may be able to make changes if your order hasn’t been processed yet, but some orders can be fulfilled within an hour of being placed, so please don’t delay getting in touch.
